Mum:

"The connection between her as a child and her is an adult is a cool way of looking at the song"

"The cuts between shots could be a lot sharper and the matching between the song and the lip syncing is a little off at some times the little things are the difference between a good music video and a really good one."

"Yes, here and there I got a little lost i reckon it would be good to show a major difference between her when she is younger vs her when she is older maybe make the clips look a little ages or find something that works"

"There was on awkward clip before the first chorus which didn't really work well"

Hunter:

"I like how you made the videos of her childhood look a bit more aged and how you intensified the lighting in certain situations"

"Some of the footage is a little long and it draws out the chorus and clips a lot try adding more cuts in between the long clips"

"Yes I helped make the music video so i understand it very well"

"No its is pretty good i reckon you just need to add a little more to it"

Kayla:

"The cool effects and colours you have added to it made it quite cool"

"The light when shes on the stage can be a bit bright sometimes and its a little distracting"

"Yes it was pretty easy to follow what was happening"

"No its really good just need a few more touch ups"

Luke:

"I like the contrast between her life as a child and her life as she has grown up"

"The clip when she starts singing i think it might have been the chorus was really long and it really needed something to break it up"

"Yes I understood the basic concept of the video I think it got a little repetitive at one point so maybe making one part of the song dedicated to her younger life but i do like the idea of spreading it throughout"

"No i like the overall video it was pretty cool"

Tyson:

"I think the ending was really good how it was like a full reflection of her life up until present time it worked really well"

"I think some of the clips were a little awkward and just didn't fit the overall look of the clip but its just a minor adjustment"

"Yes it made sense of how she was remembering her younger self and reminiscing"

"Maybe those awkward clips but otherwise it was good"

Response:

Taking into account all of these responses the main criticisms i have heard are:

1) Some clips are too long

2) some clips look awkward

3) Sharper cuts between clips/ little touch ups

I will for my final edit add in an after effect to make the clips of when she is younger look like it was filmed on a vhs camera this helps to give a clear distinction between her as a young child vs present time.

I will work on adding more cutaway shots to shorten the longer clips but also make sure to not pick the clips that seem a bit awkward as we have plenty of footage to choose from.
